My name is Lyndsey Jaunich, I'm a busy mom of 3 young kiddos. I recently graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2023 receiving Honours with Distinction in both my first and second year of school.

 I specialize in therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. I am committed to providing personalized care to each client, tailoring my treatments to address specific concerns and promote relaxation and healing to help live life to the fullest.
